This policy explains how SoundBloom uses your information.

What we use

We use your sign-in identity, the release details and promotion plans you save, and subscription references and status to run your workspace, manage access, and provide support. If you email us, we also receive the details you send.

If you send feedback, we save your comment, the page, your sign-in email, and the submission date so the owner can review and improve SoundBloom.

Who handles it

We also record signed-in activity days and release milestones to understand how artists use SoundBloom. Owner-only reports show totals for returning artists, release progress, and payments. We do not collect card details or record your browsing on other websites.

Our hosting and sign-in providers process information needed to operate and secure the site. Paddle processes payments and billing details under its privacy policy. SoundBloom does not store your full card number or security code.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or protect against misuse. Service providers may process information outside your country.

Shared SoundBloom invitation links count total opens. These counts may include repeat visits and bots. The counter does not store your email, IP address or individual browsing history.

Release tools use your saved song details. Song comparisons use results you enter, not a direct connection to your social accounts. Editable toolkit drafts stay in the open page; downloaded packs and calendar files are kept on your device.

To estimate human visits, we count visible browser sessions after an interaction and filter known automated traffic. A random first-party cookie lasts 30 minutes. If you sign in during that session, we link it to your account to measure signups, saved plans and first completed tasks. Visit records expire after 90 days and do not store raw IP addresses, page history or referrers. These are estimates, not proof of a human visitor. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Marketing emails are optional. We save your choice and when you made it. Change it in Settings anytime. Sign-in codes are separate. Optional weekly calendar reminders are managed in your own calendar.

You can edit or delete releases in your workspace. We keep account and billing records as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations. Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies needed for access and security.

To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information, email soundbloomnow@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some billing records must be retained even after deletion.
